Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as do we, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The laws apply to all international orders.
At Thomas Irving we have a reputation built on reliability and customer service. The majority of our new clients are recommended by existing customers. Our aim is to ensure that you, the customer, receive a first class service.
Pricing
All products offered for sale by Thomas Irving are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. Despite our best efforts products may appear mis-priced. If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will always charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before dispatch or cancel the order or notify you accordingly.
Your card will only be charged for the items that we are able to send you at the time your order is processed.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders received by 2pm for next day delivery. Orders received on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. We will notify you if any ordered items are out of stock.
We are pleased to quote for exporting orders overseas. Postage is charged at cost. We will also include a tracking service and delivery number which you can use to contact our courier regarding date of dispatch. Orders collected from our store incur no handling charges.
Availability
We aim to hold stocks of all styles and products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability
Special Orders
Any item which has been ordered specially such as those sourced outside our usual stock, those with personalization or custom made body protectors are non-returnable and must be paid for before the order can be processed.
Returns
If you return an item to us within 7 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price subject to proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. If we feel it is necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments. Please allow 30 days for an exchange or refund in these instances.
Goods ordered from Thomas Irving for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any charges for customs must be paid by you; we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on Books, DVD's, Underwear, Feed Supplements & feed items including treats and veterinary lotions and potions.
To ensure you are refunded the total cost for the product and the original postage cost you must contact us on returns@thomasirving.co.uk within 7 working days (not including weekends or public holidays) after the day your order was received. Any additional postage cost will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us and must take good care of the goods; we will only accept goods for exchange or refund if they are sent back in the order they were sent please.
