Returns Policy

  • You can return any items within 28 days. Including sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount. Your 28 days start from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned with a valid order number or receipt.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.
  • To arrange return of an online order, please email [email protected].
  • This returns policy applies to online purchases only.

We are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the period above, or that are worn/ used or in an unsellable condition.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item for a refund or exchange. We are unable to refund any return postage charges, unless the product is found faulty on arrival or being returned due to company error. 

Christmas Gift Returns Policy

Any unwanted gifts purchased between 31st October and 20th December can be returned until 31st January (the following year) with a valid proof of purchase.

Faulty Item. What do I do?

If you have a faulty item, please do not return any items without having contacted us first on [email protected]. Our team will then work with you and aim to resolve issues as quickly and easily as possible. Please allow time for a supplier/ manufacturers assessment and report as often the judgement of faulty items lies with them, we can then move forward and resolve the issue.
